Yorktown is not my closest Rogers & Hollands, but I chose to come back to this location time and time again because I always have the BEST experience with the store manager, Raj. He took so much time with me to help me build my PERFECT engagement ring in EXACTLY the way I wanted it. He even sat down WITH me and looked through all the different diamonds available on the computer so I could find one with the exact specific specs I wanted (before finding Raj, when I did this at another R&H location they went behind their tall counter on a computer, punched in the basic specs of carat and color, and came back to me with a diamond and a price). The other store location pressured me to buy what they had on hand (saying “it’s close enough, you won’t notice after a time), whereas Raj sat down with me and helped me build my ring exactly the way I wanted. He even surprised me by having my ring ready earlier than I expected. He was extremely patient, kind, and accommodating to my needs. Service with a smile at its finest! Rogers and Hollands is extremely lucky to have him; he is a true asset to their business. He is now my jeweler for life!
I got my Wedding Ring!! Wonderful experience as always here at Rodger’s & Hollands in the Yorktown Mall. My Fiancé and I were approached but a very bubbly knowledgeable saleswoman, Danielle. She made the process and decision looking for my male wedding band easy and fun for us. And Sammy (Sandy? Excuse me) was the other wonderful saleswomen processing our order. The picture doesn't do the cross any justice. It's a beautiful cross, and for the price, it's well worth it! Rogers and Holland has always been my go-to for jewelry.
