This is long overdue, but I had to take the time to sincerely thank Raj Ganesan for the best experiences as an young man with limited experience in buying jewelry. Long story short for the people reading, I can TRUST him and others should trust him too. I bought an engagement ring and Raj surpassed all the other jeweler companies with his professionalism, respect, and most importantly he listen to me about what I wanted. Every other jeweler would push this or that, especially lab grown and I knew 100% I didn't want that, call me old fashioned, but Raj was only one out of all other stores (probably 15 places) who listened to me and understood what i wanted and didnt push anything else. Let alone this industry had a lot of information you need to learn for a guy who doesn't buy jewelry. Raj helped every step of the way. He provided options to hit my budget and if i didnt like the idea, he wouldn't mention it again, no pressure. Raj listened to me and I very particular with what I wanted and with a tight budget with high hopes and he made me feel amazing to be honest. I have never had that level of customer service in my life, truly. I flew to Phillipines to get get engaged..... she said yes! Raj, we will be back to you first for our wedding rings. Thank you for making me feel like a valued human even though I am tight on finances and am a green horn in the industry. Also as a male entering these stores, a lot of jewelers ignore guys, dont take us seriously, take advantage, or push us around because we don't know anything, but you did not do this and made me feel like i had a million dollars to spend even though thats the furthest thing from reality for me. You never pressured me and always gave the best communication and were honest. Great integrity. Raj went the extra mile and above and beyond. I seriously can't thank you enough! THANK YOU! By the way, she loves the ring, and im proud to have given it! Thanks again Raj! See you soon.

Very enjoyable experience shopping for a ring at Rogers & Hollands Jewelers Yorktown. Our Salesperson Abdul Khalig was very helpful and patient while looking for an engagement ring for my fiancee. I felt no pressure and Abdul showed us many rings and answered all of our questions.

I recently worked with Raj at Roger's and Hollands in Yorktown mall, Lombard. I had a wonderful experience! I was looking to find a duplicate anniversary band to match the original from when I got married 18 years ago, and Raj looked in to my purchase history and found me the only one that exists in the company. He found my same band! I'm in love and now have matching anniversary bands on each side of my engagement ring. Thank you Raj for working so hard for me! Raj was also very helpful with all the other things I wanted to do, including getting my original rings dipped. I just picked them up and my set looks amazing! I couldn't be happier! I had such an amazing experience, we bought a 3 carat ring for our upcoming 20th anniversary in 2 years. I can't wait to wear it!

Went to Rogers & Hollands in Yorktown center for the second time. Worked with Abdul both times. Had a great experience and felt they treated us with respect. We would go there in the future and of course want to work with Abdul.
