Was very back and forth on purchasing an engagement ring for several months due to investing in a business. Allyson was incredibly helpful and patient from start to finish, providing guidance and advice that led me to purchasing the perfect engagement ring nearly 5 months after the initial process was started. Will absolutely be going back to see her for wedding bands!

When I say, we are in love with Rogers and Hollands, I really do mean it. My now husband went with his sisters to many different stores and was quoted very high prices. Then came to Rogers and Hollands and was given a much more reasonable price. Jeanne was the one who helped him originally. He still talks about how helpful she was during the design process (there aren't many pear shaped rings around!). They stayed in his budget (which was a challenge!) but met all his requirements (very high since I am allergic to metal! Go figure...) She and the manager at the time called in favors to help with the cost and got things expedited so he could propose within a month. He also stated Jeanne is very knowledgeable. When he described what he wanted and showed some inspo pictures, she knew the exact direction to point him. She also helped him understand why she recommended what she did and what he could expect and she has not been wrong!!! (Wether that be more prongs, less prongs, the setting, gold vs platinum for my allergy.....) ALSO! Get the insurance plan!!!! I have had it maintenanced, resized, and redipped a few times through out the years. Anytime we have had any issues (minor) they are always quick to fix it and at no cost to us because of that little extra he paid at the beginning. The staff are extremely friendly, help me razz on my husband every once in a while, and they genuinely seem to enjoy their job and make me feel like I have the most beautiful ring around. (Which is their job, and I know that, but I still feel special!) I will recommend them forever!

I have been a customer of this store since 2019 with multiple purchases. Recently, I had the distinct privilege of working with Rosie, who delivered the absolute ring of my DREAMS! Rosie put a tremendous amount of effort into this project as it involved a trade in of my previous wedding set. Two things impress me the most about this experience: 1) the absolute ease with which Rosie established trust and rapport, and 2) Rosie demonstrated INCREDIBLE judgement and expertise in providing anticipatory guidance. The engagement ring was created, so I couldn't visualize what it would look like at its actual size and was considering a band that was significantly smaller. Rosie gave the expert guidance to go bigger, because when paired with the finished engagement ring, it would look more balanced in comparison. She was right on--and because of our wonderful working relationship, I felt completely comfortable and confident trusting her guidance and judgement. Thanks for the fabulous experience, and I can't wait to come back for my next purchase! :)
