My fiancé and I went in a week before Christmas on a whim to look at rings. Ash and Trinity are 10 STARS!! After talking with them and looking at a few rings, Ash brings me what would end up being my dream ring. They were both so knowledgeable and so helpful. We would recommend them to anyone. I walked in and I’m always a little anxious coming in and dealing with high pressure sales when I’m not sure what I’m looking for. Madison was very helpful and just very easy to work with. She was very down to earth. I told her my budget and had almost no clue what to get for a Christmas gift. The first item she picked out was perfect. I’ll definitely be back here. I love the fact this is a family owned jeweler for over a hundred years!

Wonderful experience tonight at the Springfield, Illinois location! My sister and I were in need of a couple jewlery repairs and Madison went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Great customer service is hard to find these days and we really appreciated her knowledge, enthusiasm and patience.

Great staff and good pricing. Had multiple staff all be extremely helpful through the entire process of getting an engagement ring and our wedding bands. The engagement ring looks fantastic and was breathtaking.
