Both my husband and I have purchased our rings at Ashcroft & Oak in the Walden galleria mall and every time we make a stop there, even to simply clean my rings, everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Darmelle has stood out in offering incredible customer service when we needed help in a crunch two days before our wedding. She was extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, very friendly and easy to talk to, and we ended up with exactly what we needed the same day. We had a real pleasure working with her and look forward to doing business with the store for years to come.
Couldn't be happier! My fiance and I came in to get our wedding bands. Darmelle took excellent care of us and helped us get exactly what we wanted.
Pamela G was absolutely amazing and a huge help! She helped me pick out a gorgeous gift for my girlfriend’s birthday and even gave me insight that I truly needed. The whole shopping experience was delightful and I’ll definitely be back for another piece soon. The store has amazing quality pieces too.
Yarden was great to work with. She helped us find what we needed and got us out quick!
