Darmelle is an amazing soul for sure. Came here a while back to pick a watch out for my husband on behalf of his father passing away. We told her what we wanted, she listened to detail and the watch came out amazing. If you coming to this mall at the galleria in Cheektowaga make sure you ask for her. Love her!!!

The staff (Matt) was very kind, professional and helpful. My bf purchased 2 rings when we were there. Matt was very thorough with checking out and explaining how the warranty worked. We were extremely pleased with our service so much I went back and got a watch for my bf a week later. I Highly recommend going there.
