Well Theresa and her assistant were very friendly and professional with me. I've been with Roger's and Holland for 17 yrs and my wife have been with them even longer. There isn't any other Jeweler we rather go to. I've arrived here today and had both of our wedding bands for our inspection and in no time they were inspected, cleaned and returned to me. Jim and Jenna offer a comfortable, pressure free and supportive experience that I prefer when shopping for jewelry. They have deep knowledge of jewelry and their inventory. Xavier was the soul of courtesy, incredibly knowledgeable, and helped me when I was so out of my depth matching a pendant with a necklace for my anniversary. Grace, the manager, was also incredibly helpful figuring out pricing and helping me weigh the pros and cons. You cannot get a kinder, more helpful, and better team anywhere!
