Yes! You can trade up your diamond jewelry and get what you've always wanted. Our experts are here to help!
Did you purchase the original item you're looking to trade-in from us?
Your trade-in value will be equal to your original purchase price for your Rogers & Hollands® or Ashcroft & Oak® diamond jewelry.
- We only accept DIAMOND merchandise in platinum, palladium or any karat GOLD item, down to 10 karat as eligible trade-ins and applies only to jewelry in which all of the stones are diamonds, or to jewelry that has a diamond center stone. Any other jewelry containing a mixture of diamonds and other gemstones is not accepted for trade-in.
- Jewelry is not transferrable or assignable more than 90 days after the original purchase date, or if the covered jewelry is re-sold to a third party.
Your new purchase must be priced at least double the value of your trade-in. So, for example, if the item you'd like to trade in, has a trade value of $100, your new purchase must cost at least $200. The value of your original trade-in piece will be applied towards your new purchase, and you’ll be responsible for the balance.

Did you purchase the item you want to trade-in from another jewelry store?
First, you’ll need to bring in your diamond jewelry to any Rogers & Hollands Jewelers or Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers location for a trade-in evaluation. Your evaluated trade-in amount can be applied towards your new purchase with a maximum value of 25%.
- We only accept DIAMOND merchandise in platinum, palladium or any karat GOLD item, down to 10 kt. as eligible trade-ins and applies only to jewelry in which all of the stones are diamonds, or to jewelry that has a diamond center stone. Any other jewelry containing a mixture of diamonds and other gemstones is not accepted for trade-in.
Your new purchase must be priced at least 4X the value of your trade-in. So, for example, if the item you'd like to trade in, has a trade value of $100, your new purchase must cost at least $400. The value of your original trade-in piece will be applied towards your new purchase, and you’ll be responsible for the balance.

- Trade-ins purchased at Rogers & Hollands® or Ashcroft & Oak® are awarded the full value of the original purchase price. The trade-in value is based on the original purchase price, excluding charges such as tax and shipping.
- We accept men's and women's diamond jewelry
- Color gemstone and pearl jewelry is not eligible for trade-in.
- Only diamonds, not color gemstones, can be traded in. (And up!)
