I lost my diamond from my engagement ring, and could not remove the ring from my finger. The three friendly and caring employees at the Mall at Robinson ( Sierra, Julia, and Brennin) all took turns with the challenging task of cutting through the ring near where the gem prongs were. I'd asked for that, because I would like to keep the band and then have four smaller diamonds placed instead, since my husband recently passed away. We have four children, and we were married for forty years, so I thought it would be a meaningful conversion of such a special ring. I just wanted to leave a very positive review to the wonderful young women who helped me so much!

Went in to The Mall At Robinson location. Michelle, the Assistant Store Manager, was very helpful. I needed my ring cut off for a upcoming procedure. She removed it for me very gently. I highly recommend Michelle and this location.

What a wonderful jewelry store!!! Absolutely love my Emerald ring. Jeff did an amazing job repairing my ring. Michelle was great to work with. All the sales personnel are wonderful.
