She was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me time to compare the different options without making me feel pressured. I ended up choosing the green dial, and I’m really happy with it. I was so happy to find a jeweler who could change my watch battery in store! That is so hard to come by these days with everyone wearing smart watches, lol. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and while I was waiting for my battery they cleaned my engagement/ wedding ring complementary. Great conversation, in and out very fast. Would recommend
