Went there to get a pin replaced on my husbands anniversary watch, they were so helpful and attentive. It was able to be fixed in store. Lucky me! Was even able to buy a protection plan on his watch a month after buying it.

Could not have been more happy! Garrett was very informative and did not push anything. He cleverly found out what exactly I was looking for by having me look at several different choices to make my own informed decision based on my preference with cut, clarity and color. He was very honest and even applied a discount that showed a sale on his computer, but not on the display in the case. He did not have to do that. I am very skeptical by nature and did not know much about jewelry and feel I can confidently trust Garrett in making a future purchase. Excellent job!
