Oh my goodness!!! Storytime....I have been wanting a matching wedding band on the other side of my wedding ring for a while. I don't want to upgrade I love my set with that said I needed to get my original ring and band resized. We went into the jewelry store to get it sized so I thought I would ask about another band. Mind you it has been 21 years since we bought the first one. That awesome sales lady, Lydia, got on her computer and found 1 ring at the corporate office that had been returned. This was on a Saturday, I had to wait until a Monday to find out what condition it was in and if they would sell it. Guess what it was in pristine condition and they would sell it. This was the only band like this left in the whole company as they don't get them any more. They sold it to me for the same price as what we bought my original wedding band for! They sized it and put it with my wedding ring. I couldn't believe it! Lydia and her boss Courtney were just amazing and made my day. I absolutely love my rings! Thank you Rogers & Hollands!
i am leaving this review because Courtney was a very great help to me she got right to the point and fixed both my needs i had a link removed from my watch and she tighten my glasses love it here service is great and very polite, every kiss does not begin with K they couldn’t do nothing for me .

Courtney did an amazing job at helping us when we dropped off my ring. We were very happy knowing that our jewelry would be handled right there in house and would not have to be shipped out. Very pleased with the turnaround time. Would definitely recommend for future use.
Came with my son to check out wedding sets. Lydia was so helpful. She actually listened to what he wanted, and he found a beautiful set his fiancee will love!
