Courtenay was quickly able to understand the ring design I was hoping to create from my 26 year old broken engagement ring plus some sentimental value semi-precious stones for a "widow's ring". I was impressed she was able to find our original purchase from 1999! The entire store visit was less than 30 minutes! I can't wait to see the ring when it's done!

The manager Courtney is so kind and helpful. To no fault of the store itself I've had ongoing issues with my opal promise ring. She went out of her way to come to a resolution for me that she genuinely did not have to do. Throughout my issues with this ring the staff have continuously showed me kindness and understanding, their customer service alone makes it well worth shopping here! :)

Courtney is amazing! Within moments of meeting her you can tell she has an incredible passion for what she does. She unrushed no pressure spent time with my daughter and I deciding best options for a mother’s ring that I’d lost a stone due to breaking a prong. She was knowledgeable and fun.
