The customer service and genuine care for their patrons here is nothing short of exemplary. Mike and Lloyd are the two I’ve dealt with personally and on every single occasion I have been taken WONDERFUL care of. This place has earned a lifelong customer, I will never buy jewelry from another shop. If you need somewhere to buy jewelry from this is THE place. You will not find a more genuine and caring staff than you will find here. Their selection is great as well, I found them because they were the only store to have a piece with the very specific stone I was looking for to propose to my (soon to be) wife. They not only had the piece, but were able to take great care of me in the purchasing and following repairs of the ring. I don’t write reviews 99.9% of the time but this place is absolutely top tier and I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Rogers & Hollands IS the go to place to shop for gifts, surprises, or just because. You will never go wrong shopping there. The atmosphere is great, the staff is polite, kind and attentive to your needs. I have to mention my sales agent Pat Barnes she's Awesome 👌 Give them a try, you won't regret it. This is my go to place for shopping.
