Update: I was able to contact customer support and they did offer to repair the ring for free since it had happened within 60 days of purchase. The first representative must have been new since she gave me incorrect information. Anyway, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction and I also bought my wedding band here and everything went great! Original Review: I bought a ring here that fell apart within 30 days. Since I didn't buy the extended protection plan I will have to pay again to get it repaired. Why would I pay them to repair a ring that they didn't put together correctly the first time? Any other product comes with some kind guarantee for craftsmanship.
