Theresa was great. We walked in the mall looking for rings that fit what we were looking for. I explained that we stopped in at another jewlery store and they wouldn't really give us a price. Always asked what was our price range. Theresa was great. Asked what we were looking for and dir3cted us to the rings. Showed us a few rings that we liked. And picked our rings. Great customer service. And very polite. Will be back again for jewlery if we need anything. Thank you.

We had a wonderful experience at Rogers & Hollands looking at wedding bands for our upcoming 2026 wedding. Theresa was a warm and welcoming. She listened to our wants and allowed us to explore our options while providing valuable educational and stylistic recommendations. We went to additional store but did not get the same quality of service and hospitable atmosphere that Rogers & Holland provided us. We were so exciting to return to purchase our wedding bands and check another fun thing off our wedding to-do list! The rings are more than we could have hoped for.
