I have a Rogers and Hollands necklace ny husband bought for me for Christmas 12 years ago. I discovered there was a tight knot near the pendant that I could was unable to get out on my own. Today I took my necklace into the store, and two outstanding female employees graciously agreed to attempt to repair it. In no time at all, they had removed the knot, and did not charge me for their kind deed. I highly recommend this store and have made a few purchases throughout the years because of their exceptional customer service and quality jewlery! Thank you Rogers and Hollands!
