I’d been wearing my new wedding band for a little over a month when I began to notice that the wood inlay was beginning to show signs of delamination. I stopped into the Southlake Mall Store and was able to speak with Mike Zamora, he’s also who worked with us when we bought the ring. I was not sure what options I may have, however Mike suggested that he might be able to allow a swap if his boss gave the 👌. Well, within minutes I had a new ring and was on my way - thanks Mike for the great customer service. Continued blessings and success!

I had an excellent experience at Rogers & Hollands in Southlake Mall. Mike Zamora, the store manager, provided outstanding customer service. I returned to the store with a new watch band that needed links removed, based on a previous band they had serviced for me. Despite it being a very busy time, Mike and his team took care of me. I truly appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism. This store is best in class for jewelry and watch services, and I’ve already recommended it to several people. I will absolutely continue to patronize this location.
