I stopped in and was greeted by Tyrail who was lovely! I told him I was just looking for now but was interested to see what they had in blue stones. He was very patient and knowledgeable and shared his honest opinions on what he thought would work for me. I never felt like I was just a sale to him! Will definitely be back!

My husband purchased my promise ring here back in 2015 and then my engagement ring and wedding bands in early 2017 with LeAnn. We absolutely adored her and ever since she has left, the customer service has gone downhill. Today, I stopped in with my mom as she needed to pick up some jewelry that had been fixed. While we were there, I ended up getting my ring cleaned and inspected while we were there. Tracia was very helpful and kind. My mom was looking at a necklace while we were there. We live about an hour away from this location, so I called and spoke with Tracia to place my order over the phone so I could surprise my mom. They are unable to take payments over the phone but she was able to send me the web link to get this necklace purchased for my parents to pick up later. She has been in contact with me throughout the afternoon to make sure everything went smoothly. We will definitely be working with her from now on when going to this location. Thank you Tracia for going above and beyond in helping me and for restoring my faith in the customer service at this location.
