The Store Mgr. Mike Zamora was exceptional!! From the congeniality to the knowledge of the diamonds Mike was on point! I will definitely be giving my business to Roger's & Holland as long as Mike is their Mgr. Don't misunderstand me his staff is awesome too.

Mike inspected my ring today and found 2 loose stones. Him and his team were able to fix my stones in store that day in less than 2 hours. They were very friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with their customer service and how they were able to assist with my ring and the warranty! Thank you!
