Even though I didn’t want a “high end” watch, they treated me like a favored customer and didn’t try to push the more expensive ones, but showed what was available. I needed a couple links added to make it more comfortable and they gladly ordered them since they weren’t readily available. They have super friendly and knowledgeable staff. We especially like Joanna, she's super nice and quick to tell us interesting facts about the difference pieces.
