I came to their store in Roseville with my dad's Hamilton Railway Special pocket watch he purchased in 1947. It had stopped working properly. They assured me my watch would come back in perfect working order.

R&H has had my business for over 20 years and for good reason. Recently, I stopped in to explore the idea of upgrading my wife's wedding ring which she has had since 2005. In short, the staff at R&H gave me a deal I couldn't refuse in appreciation to my loyalty. There hasn't been one instance over the past 20 years in which R&H didn't provide A+ customer service to me or family/friends that I have referred.
