Tyler was super helpful. I was traveling, visiting family in the area and decided to stop by the mall. My girlfriend and I were just looking at some items and Tyler came up and showed us some wonderful pieces. We asked a bunch of questions and he was amazing. We felt really taken care of and we ended up walking out with a great watch!

We went in to purchase our wedding bands and fix my loose diamond on my engagement ring. We were assisted by Angel, quite a literal Angle with helping us see different stacking ideas with my engagement ring. We found a beautiful band that completes the engagement ring. I cannot wait to use it after our wedding. My fiance also got help from Angel trying different bands and explaining the materials and such. He was able to find the band he wanted. We also had coupons from when my fiance purchased my wedding band back in September that gave us a wonderful price on both bands. My engagement ring was repaired fairly quick (less than 5 days) and I was so happy about it being cleaned and repaired! We are still waiting on my fiances band after 3 weeks but that is not an issue since it's is custom made. We do not plan to have any issues with the timeline since we're ahead of the game! Cannot wait to see the outcome. I will definitely come again.

I came to their store in Roseville with my dad's Hamilton Railway Special pocket watch he purchased in 1947. It had stopped working properly. They assured me my watch would come back in perfect working order.
