I recently purchased a band upgrade and was not completely satisfied with it. When I returned to the store and spoke to Rosie, she was extremely understanding, validating and helpful. I know that there job is to sell us product but her customer service was not only to sell me something, but to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied with what I was purchasing. They were very patient with me, I came back 3 times in the same day! I shopped other jewelry stores and even bought one somewhere else but my mind kept going back to this ring so I returned the other one and bought R&H ring instead. I liked the people that helped me and gave me honest feed back. Suppose to get it today, so we'll see how the fit goes!
