I had a great experience at the Grandville River Town mall location. The woman who helped us was patient, and so so helpful with staying within our budget. (Even tho we went out anyway) No pushy sales pitch just really good customer service.

This was our first visit to Rogers & Holland. We stopped in for a gold necklace to replace one that had broken. The staff were genuine, real people and NOT pushy sales people. That matters a LOT to us. We received excellent service, we even got lucky and got it on sale! The wife is happy, so I am happy.
