This was our first visit to Rogers & Holland. We were helped by Christina. We stopped in for a gold necklace to replace one that had broken. The staff were genuine, real people and NOT pushy sales people. That matters a LOT to us. We received excellent service, we even got lucky and got it on sale! The wife is happy, so I am happy.

My recent trip into this store was very easy and a no pressure experience. Rosie the manager was great, she made me a fair deal and met my request for fast turn around on a change. Plus they take care of veterans. Highly encourage giving them a visit for any jewelry needs.

I started my shopping experience looking for a simple silver ring to get engraved. They had plenty of options for men's rings, but none of them spoke to me the right way, or they weren't engravable due to material. Rosie was very knowledgeable and talked me through options making great conversation! She eventually suggested getting an antique ring and bringing it in to get it engraved. I did this and it turned out perfect. This experience has made me a customer for life! Highly recommend. No pushy sales people, only knowledgeable jewelers who want you to be happy with your purchase
