Sam at the Polaris location was such a great help! My wedding ring was missing a diamond (thankfully my husband purchased the protection plan ) and she made the process so easy. I even bought a “replacement” band while my ring is away on repairs. Every time we stop in, (whether for cleanings, repairs or purchases) everyone is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend Ashcroft & Oak in the Polaris mall. Ask for Sam! 🥰

I found the most perfect unique design while shopping for an upgrade for our 20 year anniversary vowel renewal… Debbie was great at listening and walking around to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. During pick up there was a little bit of frustration however Michelle is the absolute best so kind, patient, and respectful she heard past the annoyance and really wanted to help. I appreciate the whole team and will return alone for the amazing customer service I experienced ❤️
