Sam and Debbie were wonderful! We came in looking for a watch and a ring, and they were both incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. After so much time, it feels so special to finally have the ring I’ve always wanted, and my husband was able to get the watch he wanted as well. They took their time with us and made the whole experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. The store was also clean, organized, and beautifully maintained, which is always important to us. We’re very grateful to Sam and Debbie for taking such good care of us. If you’re shopping at Ashcroft & Oak, we definitely recommend asking for them. We’ll happily come back! ❤️
