I meant to leave a review back in July during our initial purchase of my engagement ring, but somehow i forgot! Last time and this time we worked with Sam Rachmuth. I was so glad when she was there when we walked in and i will definitely ask for her in the future. When we were looking for my engagement ring, she had great ideas and made sure to have my try things i thought i wouldn’t normally pick on my own that i ended up LOVING. I love my ring so much and I’ve had it for four months and STILL stare at it constantly. We went back in yesterday to look for wedding bands and Sam was incredible again. She took her time and didn’t make me feel rushed or silly for what i did and didn’t like and we found the perfect wedding band to go with my engagement ring. They also have amazing lifetime protection plans. We will be Ashcroft customers for life and will ask for Sam every time. ❤️
