It was such a lovely experience.. I came in with my boyfriend to get a gift for my mother since her birthday is Monday.. Arlene was quick to help us out and started making us questions about my mother.. she was so joyful and fun and just made the experience 10x better… we will definitely be back especially after she was so generous to to gives us a $100 ticket/coupon that lasts til February of next year!!! My wife and I went into the store multiple times so she could look at and try on diamond stud earrings. She wasn’t sure exactly what she wanted in the beginning and was looking at multiple pairs at multiple different stores. She finally settled on what she wanted finding 3 different sets at 3 different stores. All were similar in stone size, clarity, and setting. The difference was the people! Elijah and Delaney were incredible. Very helpful and kind. Explaining and answering every question my wife had. They were both incredibly patient and not pushy in the slightest. I absolutely could not have asked for a better experience buying my wife her dream earrings. If there’s anything you’re looking for I would absolutely suggest giving Elijah a chance to earn your business. You won’t be sorry!
