I was shopping at Orland Square Mall for a special gift for my husband in celebration of our 26th wedding anniversary. I was hoping to surprise him with a Movado watch, so we visited several jewelry stores throughout the mall. Our first stop was Kay Jewelers, where there were three employees working. Unfortunately, not one of them acknowledged or greeted us, so we decided to leave. We continued shopping at JCPenney and a few other jewelry stores, but nothing really stood out. Our final stop was R&H Jewelers, and what a difference! As soon as we approached, Terri warmly welcomed us with genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to show us their beautiful Movado collection, and one watch immediately caught my husband’s eye. He tried it on and absolutely loved it. Not only was the selection better than what we had seen elsewhere, but the price was also very reasonable. Terri went above and beyond by removing a few links so the watch fit perfectly before we left. As an added bonus, she even cleaned both of our wedding rings as a complimentary courtesy, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every salesperson in the store was friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Excellent customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and Terri and the entire team made our anniversary shopping experience truly memorable.
