While browsing engagement rings at various jewelry stores in the mall, I pointed out Rogers & Hollands to my fiancé, not knowing it would lead to finding the ring. I had never heard of the store before, but from the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by Liam, who invited us to sit down and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. I’ve visited countless jewelry stores over the years, but this was truly the first time I felt heard. Liam was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He didn’t just show us rings, he listened to what I envisioned and guided us through the process with genuine care. We spent over an hour looking at different styles, and then he pulled out the most beautiful ring I had ever seen. I was in awe—it was everything I dreamed of and more. A few weeks later, my fiancé returned to the store, bought the ring, and proposed the very next day. I am absolutely in love with my ring, and I know I wouldn’t have found it without Liam’s help. His professionalism, attentiveness, and sincere kindness made this such a memorable and meaningful experience. About a week into wearing my ring, I lost a side diamond and spent the whole day crying (no joke). We called Liam, who quickly sprung into action and was able to get my ring fixed in just a few weeks. He understood how important the ring was to me and my partner, especially since everyone was asking to see it, and his prompt help meant the world to us. I can’t thank Rogers & Hollands, and especially Liam, enough for helping us find the perfect ring to start this next chapter of our lives and for their outstanding care afterward.
