What a great first experience! My boyfriend and I were looking for a ring for our 1 year anniversary, but we were balling on a budget. Mary helped take care of us and was nothing but sweet and excited for us. She answered all my questions, took time to show me everything that was in our budget and was so helpful when narrowing it down to the right one. She was knowledgeable and informed us about getting a protection policy for it, which we did purchase. For never going into a jewelry store and never buying anything, we will definitely be back soon! We weren’t planning to buy anything. Stopped in to look at chains and pendants for my husband, just to get some ideas. We were greeted by Kaitlyn. She was incredibly pleasant, warm, and welcoming. She helped us start to finish and we felt like she was a friend by the end of our experience. Teague was also very helpful and had some great suggestions for us. Overall, our experience at Ashcroft & Oak was a 10/10. We are happy with the purchase and will definitely be back. Thank you!
