Outstanding Customer Service! I fell in love with this stunning ring from Rogers and Holland-Okemos. However, it wasn't possible, at the time, to drive to Okemos from Kalamazoo. Rogers and Holland employee, Morgan, said, "No worries! I will send it to our Kalamazoo store for you to look at. There is no pressure if you don't like it. Look at it and see." :) Well, I walked out with this exceptional 14k diamond ring. It fit perfectly. Morgan knew that I loved this ring, so she found a way to make it happen. I will gladly buy much more jewelry from her because of her consummate professionalism. She made shopping fun. Morgan was such a great help! She actually listens to your budget and tries to stay as close as possible to it. She's not pushy, very chill, and an EXPERT at cleaning rings. She takes pride in her job and you can tell. I bought my wedding band from her. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and just wanted to make sure it looked okay with my engagement ring. I would do it again.
