Me and my partner went engagement ring shopping. This was the second store we looked at. Bill was very friendly and got us up to speed on what to know about diamonds, gold, and the like. Showed us a variety of rings so that my partner could get a good feel for how it felt on her hand. Came back after looking at several places in town and decided to go the custom route, which Johnathan helped me with. They asked me if I had a budget in mind, and stated they would try their best to work with that and did so. We went through several iterations with the artists designing the ring. We looked at diamonds together, online, and in person to pick the right center stone. The prices on their diamonds beat comparable diamonds from other retailers. I stopped in looking for help with specifics for an engagement ring. Right away I was greeted and taken care of. Kim was helping me the most, however the other staff was also kind and attentive when not assisting other customers. Kim (and staff) were very patient as we chose the band and stone with my specific preferences in mind. Very happy with my visit, and will be going back for future jewelry projects/gifts!
