We have been coming to Rogers & Hollands since winter of 2024 working on 3 custom rings (1 engagement ring and our 2 wedding bands). The staff there has been INCREDIBLE, but especially Jules, Logan, and their custom designer Brad. They were always so welcoming, their prices were fair, and they went out of their way to ensure that we got exactly what we wanted. We sat on many video calls with Brad designing the rings and received incredible service in-store from Jules and Logan. We have received so many compliments on our rings, and even when we had a minor issue with a stone in the ring, Jules and Logan were dedicated to making sure the fixes were done properly. We have since moved out-of-state but we hope that they expand closer to where we are living now. Thank you so much to the staff here for making our dreams a reality! - A&H
