All of the staff is so helpful and amazing, very diverse. My partner and I were shopping around dozens of places but due to how LGBT+ friendly they are we decided on Ashcroft. Best choice we could have made.

We went in today to get our wedding rings. Micah Evans was our sales representative and he was extremely patient and helpful. My fiancé wasn’t sure what he wanted and Micah made many suggestions. He never seemed annoyed as we went back and forth. We ultimately found the perfect rings. Micah even cleaned my engagement ring twice because I’d gotten paint on it. 💍 We are very happy with all the interactions we’ve had at Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers.

Anthony helped me out with great customer service, yesterday and was just overall super helping and understanding of my questions. Thank you guys!

CeCe is amazing and made us feel like family. Choosing our wedding rings for our upcoming wedding in May was so easy. There was a little hiccup and confusion but it was resolved quick and easy. Thanks for all you did CeCe! Make sure to reach out for some cake!

OMG my watch that my husband bought me just 6 months ago fell as I was taking it off and broke a link and I thought it was over but I had the pieces and a extra link I had taken out so we brought it in to see if it could be fixed. They could have sent it off however we had the most amazing help from Micah who took all the pieces and was able to fix my watch. Micah worked really hard to try and fix my watch and succeeded. When I tell you how much I appreciated this. We were instantly relieved and I was am so happy. Micah is a keeper and deserves a raise. Thank you Micah for helping us and going above and beyond to make your customers day. You literally saved the day. This will be one of the reasons we continue to come to Ashcroft and Oak.
