Had a warranty issue with a competitor when my daughter’s necklace broke. Decided to stop into Roger’s and Hollands to get a recommendation on repair vs replace. Joanna was beyond amazing. She explained the warranty process, which is far superior than the competitors. Not only did she guide me through purchasing a replacement chain for my daughter’s necklace, but the following day she helped me find a treat for myself, a gorgeous ring. She was kind and thoughtful. I appreciate her taking the time to explain the warranty and am grateful she (and Tessa) was working that day.
