My fiancé bought me a beautiful watch for Christmas this year, came in the Hawthorn Center/Vernon Hills location.My watch needed a few links taken out for proper sizing.Theresa Holden was everything a great manager can be, acknowledged us when we came in, she was busy with a client, after she finished she attended to us right away and carefully took the links out without me feeling like she was going to nik my new treasure!The service was very timely!! No wonder my fiancé always chooses this location to return to.Very pleased with all the lovely gifts I have received from this location.Thank Theresa! I needed a last-minute gift. I was able to place a call to the Vernon Hills location and Karen was extremely helpful and assisted me with an item and that I was looking for. She was very professional and when I came into the store, the customer service was outstanding. Excellent experience!
