I went to the Harlem Irving Park in Norridge location. I was looking for a specific last minute gift that I needed in a couple of days. The two ladies their went out of their way to find what I wanted, put a rush on it, and got it to me 3 days before I needed it! Outstanding customer service and congrats to these ladies. They are an asset to the company.

I had an amazing experience at Rogers & Hollands Jewelry. Patricia was incredibly helpful from the moment I walked in. She guided me with patience and care until Dary stepped in to help me find the perfect engagement ring and finish the process. They both gave me their full attention and made the entire experience smooth and stress free. When we came back to have the ring resized, Dary recognized us right away and helped us immediately, even though the store was very busy because of the holiday rush. Her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares.

Not only did they immediately have ready to go a wide selection of styles of rings, they had some oddly specific ones that were exactly what my significant other was looking for. Also Patricia was extremely helpful and considerate and I'd highly recommend this spot. It was the 3rd one we visited and we really should have just come here first.
