I visited Rogers & Hollands a few months ago to have a ring cleaned; the manager was very helpful! I remembered the customer service, so when I got ready to purchase necklaces for my grand daughters, I went back there for the purchase. Nomi was a gem! She was very careful to listen to my needs and helped with the suggestions. My grands and I walked away happy!

It breaks my heart to do this. I've been coming here for 4 years and spent quite a bit of money here on myself and loved ones .... But they have to do better with the in-store account options. They don't give Physical cards so you have to have your complete account number. When I called for help late last night the only option was "Enter your account number" . The computer system they used to evaluate how much I owe didn't include sales tax and this led to me almost incurring a late fee for a product I was told to my face was completely paid off. That's terrifying for someone who watches their credit closely. The products at the store are priced well. Selection is nice. But as a customer on a budget I need more transparency with my account. The issue was handled well and I paid the sales tax that wasn't visible initially but it's a breach of trust for me and I'm a little shaken. I have to decide if I will continue shopping at this store. No disrespect intended. Update 8-11-26 I returned to the store. I guess mistakes happen. I cannot argue with the knowhow . I said what I was looking for and she knew EXACTLY the brand and model I wanted to buy. That's skill. Ok. I'll calm down. I think we can settle at 4.1 starts for now.
