I went in to find a gold Cross for a necklace I bought there previously and I was helped by Inbar, who showed me multiple different styles and types before I found the one I wanted. She also cleaned a ring for me and it looks brand new! Will definitely be back again!

I stopped by Ashcroft to get some help with my grandmother’s watch and also had a few questions about a pre-owned Rolex Datejust I recently purchased from another jewelry store. Since the watch didn’t come with any paperwork, I wanted to see if Ashcroft could help verify its authenticity. The staff was incredibly welcoming and quick to assist! They introduced me to Joshua, who went above and beyond to help inspect the watch and confirm the engravings on the bezel. He even polished my watch free of charge! Amazing hospitality, excellent customer service, and an awesome team all around. Definitely appreciate the experience!
