The lady that helped me was kind and funny. She asked a few questions about my mother in law, who I was buying a bracelet for. She opened the case, reached in and pulled out a simple silver bracelet bollo style with a heart on it. Perfect.

Top notch customer service. I was in the market for a pair of lab created Diamond stud earrings for my wife. A coworker of mine suggested going to Rodgers and Hollands at the East Towne Mall. I was greated right away as I walked in the store. Danean helped me find the perfect pair of earrings. Not only was she super knowledgeable by answering all of my questions she was very friendly. She took her time with me and was not pushy at all. Shopping during the holidays can be stressful. Danean's put my mind at ease, and made my shopping experience a very positive one.
