My daughter received a watch for her birthday from a different store, but we needed to have a few links taken out so it would fit her wrist. We went to Roger's & Hollands and even though we didn't purchase it there, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable, explaining the metal and how to take care of it while resizing the watch. We recommend them for their excellent service, but also for their large selection of beautiful watches and jewelry for both men and women.
