I’ve now been here a couple times and have bought two watches and I have had a pretty good experience overall. My first watch was sold to me by Madison I believe her name was and she was very nice to me but to be honest she wanted me to buy something more than I did. I came home on Black Friday that night with my first watch and I still have it and absolutely love it. I came back over a year later for my second one to be greeted by Madeline and Bill which they both felt pretty friendly to me. Madeline was very nice and Bill was super down to earth with me which I appreciate. I bought a watch and didn’t like it so I came back a few days later to exchange it for another Bulova which I love and it wasn’t too much of a hassle. I didn’t want to spend as much as I did but Bill found me the perfect watch so I bit the bullet. Overall I do like this place and do recommend it and the only reason for the 4 stars is because I did feel pressured at times to buy something but I do really like this place and the people. I will be back and thank you!

Eric was a huge help! I had no idea what i was doing or looking for, and he was extremely patient, courteous, and knowledgeable in assisting me. Couldn't recommend this place any more if I wanted to!!

17 yrs ago I came in with tears in my eyes because the jewelry store we purchased our rings from failed to tell me how small it would be after soldered together. Blamed on me. Your company too my ring, resized and soltered and gave me an awsone deal. Thank you do much for your help and make a newely married women feel better.
