Dowson was amazing. We went in with a ring we previously purchased at Roger's &Holland. He was able to walk is through the process of looking at a resizing or doing a trade in. We ended up trading in that ring. He was patient with us when deciding what direction we wanted to go with a new ring. We appreciate him so much throughout this process!
