"I used to be a store manager for this company so I've been very hesitant whether or not I should leave a review. I didn't want to come across as bias. But living in Florida as I do now would normally pose a problem for me and anyone else that hasn't purchased with you. But I'm glad I bought my ring at Rogers & Hollands! No other family-owned jewelry store can offer a warranty as they do, a "bumper to bumper" or in this case I guess I could say "shank to shank" lifetime warranty with no 6-month inspections required. With not only family-owned jewelry stores but the big corporate {"I have a store in every Mall in the world"} jewelry stores all require a 6-month inspection to be performed on the ring to cover any damage that may have occurred. So while everybody is marking their calendars and saving reminders in their phones I'm going to sit on this beach and drink my pina colada and rest assured that my ring is covered regardless.
