Joanna was incredibly personable and helped us find multiple items, including a ring resize (which somehow was $150 cheaper than another ring store) a men's wedding band to match mine for when we pass our rings down to our children, everyday wear wedding sets for both of us, and matching watches. She made sure we were aware of the military discount after learning about my husband's veteran status and even chatted with me about my favorite animal, nurse sharks! She was also very kind to my 7-month-old daughter, which is always a plus. 💖

I was a loyal customer of Helzberg’s until I found Rogers and Holland. Their customer service and quality service surpasses Helzberg’s by a long shot. I worked with Tessa the store manager at Jordan creek in west Des Moines- such a wonderful lady! They have a loyal customer in me!!!

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Roger’s & Hollands! Tessa was a huge help, incredibly patient, and helped me find some very cute, very stunning rings. Even went back the next day to get my husband a very complicated watch. Next time I want new rings, this will be my first stop every time! Highly recommend!

Everytime I have come in to browse, the staff have been wonderful. Today I went in looking for a specific type of ring. Taylor started helping me out, and then Joanna took over.
